Ancient herbal recipe tested for modern fatigue mystery
NCT ID NCT07320937
Summary
This study is testing whether a traditional Chinese medicinal paste, made from ingredients like ginseng and astragalus, can help ease the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). Researchers will compare the herbal paste to a placebo in 80 adults over two months to see if it reduces fatigue and improves well-being. The trial will also check the safety of the paste and look for changes in blood tests that might explain how it works.
