Summary
This study tested whether adding a traditional Chinese herbal formula called Yixin Powder to standard heart medication helps people with stable chest pain from coronary heart disease. 70 participants with a specific Chinese medicine diagnosis were randomly assigned to receive either standard medication alone or standard medication plus the herbal powder. Researchers compared the two groups to see if the herbal addition improved symptoms, heart test results, and quality of life.
