NCT ID NCT05772962
First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study examines the dental records of 2,400 children, some who have been to a Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) for suspected abuse and some who have not. Researchers want to see if there are patterns in oral health that could help identify child maltreatment. The goal is to improve how dentists, child welfare, and advocacy centers work together to protect children.
