Summary
This study looks at how eating, physical activity, and sleep habits can reduce the risk of obesity in children ages 5 to 7. Researchers will follow 242 children and their mothers to see which behaviors protect against weight gain, especially in kids from low-income backgrounds. The goal is to find ways to prevent childhood obesity before it starts.
