Summary

This study is testing updated treatment guidelines for children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in African countries. It aims to see if following these specific recommendations can help more children achieve remission and survive longer. The study will enroll 500 children across multiple centers to evaluate whether the treatments are practical and effective in these settings.
