Targeted attack on stubborn childhood leukemia cells
NCT ID NCT03913559
Summary
This study tested a targeted drug called Inotuzumab for children and young adults with a specific type of leukemia (B-ALL) who still had small amounts of cancer cells after initial treatment. The goal was to see if this drug could eliminate these remaining cells to help prevent the cancer from returning. The trial was very small and ended early, so results are limited.
