Summary
This study is for children and teens newly diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), a cancer of the blood that is fatal without treatment. The trial uses updated risk factors to tailor chemotherapy strength and tests a new way to dose the drug pegaspargase based on blood levels. The goal is to improve the chance of cure while reducing side effects. About 560 participants will be followed for several years.
