First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether community health workers, supported by a digital health system, can help babies in sub-Saharan Africa get their scheduled checkups and vaccines on time during the first year of life. About 800 pregnant women and mothers will take part, with some receiving the extra support and others getting standard care. The goal is to see if this approach improves health for young children.
