Sticker patch could replace needles to calm kids before surgery
NCT ID NCT07168720
Summary
This study is testing a special skin patch with tiny needles to see if it safely helps calm children before they go into surgery. Researchers will compare the patch to a placebo patch in 64 children aged 2 to 6 years. The main goals are to see how well the patch works for sedation, how safe it is, and how the body processes the medicine.
