Summary
This study aims to find the better surgical method for fixing a severe type of elbow fracture in children. It will compare two ways of placing stabilizing wires to see which one more reliably keeps the broken bone in the correct position after surgery. The goal is to improve surgical outcomes and reduce the need for repeat procedures.
