Can helping whole families break Poverty's grip on Children's futures?

NCT ID NCT07213102

Summary

This study tests if adding a family support program to an existing child education program leads to better outcomes for young children in extreme poverty. It will involve 700 families in the Philippines. Half will receive the usual child-focused education, while the other half will also get training for caregivers on health, income, and how to support their child's learning at home. Researchers will check if children in the combined program learn more, are better nourished, and if their families save more money.
