Summary

This study aims to find out which of two common breathing machine settings is better at preventing lung collapse in children during surgery. Researchers will observe 88 children undergoing anesthesia, comparing two ventilation modes using lung ultrasound and a special imaging technique. The goal is to gather knowledge to help doctors choose the safest breathing support for young patients.
