Summary

This study tests whether giving newborns plasma from people who recently recovered from chikungunya can prevent brain swelling or death. The trial involves 60 newborns whose mothers had chikungunya around the time of birth. Researchers compare those who receive the plasma transfusion to a similar group who did not.
