NCT ID NCT07318831

First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (chidamide, dinutuximab beta, irinotecan, and temozolomide) in 27 children whose neuroblastoma has come back or not responded to standard treatment. The goal is to see how well the drugs shrink or control the cancer, while closely watching for side effects. This is a phase II trial, meaning it's an early but important step toward finding better options for these young patients.
