Summary
This study compares two techniques for closing the wound after a chest tube is removed: the purse-string suture and the plug method. Researchers want to see which one leads to better healing, fewer complications like air leaks or infections, and higher patient satisfaction. About 246 adults who had a chest tube placed due to injury will take part.
