Summary
This study looks back at medical records to learn about the side effects and outcomes of chemotherapy in patients aged 70 and older with advanced colon cancer. Researchers will analyze data from 51 patients who received a specific two-drug chemotherapy combination along with targeted antibody therapy. The goal is to gather information to help guide safer treatment decisions for older adults in the future.
