Summary

This study tests whether adding a low-dose chemotherapy pill (capecitabine) to standard chemoradiotherapy can improve outcomes for people with high-risk nasopharyngeal cancer. It includes 252 adults with stage T1-2N1M0 disease who have certain high-risk features. The goal is to see if the extra treatment helps prevent the cancer from coming back or spreading.
