Summary

This study tests a combination of three chemotherapy drugs (docetaxel, cisplatin, and fluorouracil) as a first treatment for people with advanced nasal cavity or sinus cancer that hasn't spread to other parts of the body. The goal is to shrink tumors enough to avoid or reduce the need for surgery, while preserving the eye and other nearby structures. About 31 adults with stage II to IV cancer will take part.
