Summary
This study tested three different chemical peel formulas to see which works best for treating active acne and the dark spots it can leave behind. It involved 90 adults with mild to moderate acne and darker skin tones. Researchers directly compared the safety and effectiveness of glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and a modified Jessner's solution peels.
