Summary
This study is testing whether a short, interactive mindfulness exercise powered by ChatGPT can improve well-being better than a standard audio recording. Researchers will enroll 210 young adults to see if the AI-guided practice reduces stress, anxiety, and negative feelings more effectively. The goal is to see if making mindfulness more interactive can help people feel better in the short term.
