Summary
This study wanted to see if using the AI chatbot ChatGPT could help adults newly diagnosed with a benign ear tumor called vestibular schwannoma feel less conflicted and more satisfied with their treatment decisions. It planned to compare two groups: one trained to use ChatGPT for information and a control group that did not use it. The trial was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
