Summary

This study tested a mobile chatbot named Penny to help adults who had cancer as children or young adults and haven't had follow-up care in 3+ years. The goal was to see if Penny could help them schedule appointments, lab work, and scans. 53 people took part, and researchers tracked how many used Penny and scheduled care over 16 weeks.
