New chatbot aims to help nurses and doctors after On-the-Job violence

Summary
This study is creating and testing a chatbot called SANIDAD SEGURA to support healthcare workers who face aggression at work. The chatbot will offer guidance and connect them to resources. Researchers will test it with 223 healthcare professionals in emergency and critical care units in Spain to see if it is easy to use and helpful.
