This study tested whether a special type of aromatherapy based on chakras (energy centers) could help nurses handle stress, feel better mentally, and sleep more soundly. 69 nurses took part, with one group receiving essential oil inhalations and massages while the other got usual care. The goal was to see if this gentle, drug-free approach could improve daily life for busy healthcare workers.
