Can chair workouts and time with kids slow aging decline?
NCT ID NCT07335978
Summary
This study is testing if a 16-week program of seated exercises followed by social activities with children can help older adults who are starting to experience both physical and mental decline. Researchers want to see if this combined approach improves strength, walking speed, memory, and quality of life, and if it boosts a brain health protein in the blood. The goal is to find a safe, practical way to support healthy aging and potentially prevent further decline.
