Summary

This is an early safety study to see if a new oral drug called ICM20 is safe and tolerable for adults with Chagas disease. It will test ICM20 alone and combined with an existing drug, benznidazole, in 13 participants who have never been treated for Chagas before. The main goal is to check for any side effects and see how well people can take the medicine over 60 days.
