First seen Apr 13, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether a sticky gel made from a patient's own blood can improve bone healing after removing an impacted wisdom tooth. Ten adults will have the gel placed into the empty tooth socket right after surgery. Researchers will measure pain and use 3D scans to see how much new bone forms over 3 months.
