Summary
This study tested whether a new ointment called CGB-500, containing the drug tofacitinib, can safely improve eczema symptoms. 180 people aged 12 and older used the ointment or a placebo daily for 8 weeks. Researchers tracked skin clearing and itching to see if the treatment works.
