Summary

This study tested a new drug called CFZ533 (iscalimab) in 273 adults with Sjogren's syndrome, an autoimmune disease causing dryness and pain. The goal was to see if the drug could safely reduce disease activity and improve symptoms like fatigue and dryness. Participants received different doses of the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks, and researchers measured changes using standard disease activity and symptom scores.
