Summary
This study looks at whether a special ultrasound (contrast-enhanced ultrasound) can accurately find internal belly injuries in children under 8 who have had a hard hit to the belly, like from a fall or car crash. The goal is to see if this method works as well as a CT scan, which uses radiation. About 120 children will take part, and the results will help doctors decide if the ultrasound can be a safer first choice.
