Summary
This study tested whether a non-invasive brain stimulation device could help soldiers manage stress. 76 soldiers used the device 20 times over several weeks. Researchers then measured changes in their heart rate, stress hormones, anxiety, and performance during a simulated combat task to see if the treatment helped.
