Summary

This study looks at whether adding a special tool-assisted massage technique to standard manual therapy can better relieve headaches that come from the neck. Researchers will enroll 60 adults with chronic neck-related headaches and measure changes in neck disability, pain, and movement. The goal is to find a more effective way to ease symptoms and improve daily function.
