NCT ID NCT07310823

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether combining two hands-on therapy techniques—suboccipital myofascial release and Maitland mobilization—can quickly reduce headache pain, frequency, and neck stiffness in people with cervicogenic headache (headache caused by neck issues). About 57 adults aged 20-40 with neck pain and limited neck motion will receive the treatment. The main goal is to measure changes in headache intensity right after treatment and one week later.
