New angles on neck pain relief: can targeted traction free pinched nerves?

NCT ID NCT07366983

Summary

This study aims to see if using mechanical neck traction at specific angles, combined with gentle nerve gliding exercises, can reduce pain and improve function in people with cervical radiculopathy (a pinched nerve in the neck). Researchers will enroll 45 adults with chronic neck and arm pain to test how this combination therapy affects pain levels, neck function, and nerve health. The goal is to find a more effective non-surgical treatment for this common condition.
