Balloon vs. rods: which works better for cervical prep before D&E?

Summary
This study tests whether an FDA-cleared balloon catheter works better than standard dilators (thin rods) for opening the cervix before a dilation and evacuation (D&E) procedure in the second trimester. About 50 pregnant people between 19 and 23 weeks will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods. The goal is to see which approach makes the procedure easier and faster.
