Scientists probe hidden sense loss in pinched nerve patients
NCT ID NCT07319156
Summary
This study aims to understand if people with a pinched nerve in their neck (cervical radiculopathy) have trouble sensing where their arm is in space, a sense called proprioception. Researchers will compare 58 patients to healthy people using a simple reaching test. They want to see if this hidden sense problem is linked to the patient's pain levels and how well their arm functions.
