Summary
This study looked at how well healthy young adults (ages 18-25) can sense the position of their head and whether that relates to body awareness and pain sensitivity. Researchers measured neck position accuracy and then tested pain thresholds and body awareness using questionnaires and pressure devices. The goal was to better understand these connections, not to provide any treatment.
