Summary
This study looked at whether doing eye exercises alone or combined with neck exercises can reduce dizziness and balance problems in young adults (ages 18-35) with a common inner ear condition called BPPV. Fifty-six participants completed a 6-week program with short daily sessions. The researchers measured changes in dizziness and balance using standard tests.
