Artificial neck disc under Real-World scrutiny

Summary

This study is collecting real-world information on how well an artificial neck disc works for people with degenerative disc disease. It will follow 50 patients who have already received or will receive the Synergy Disc implant. The main goal is to see if the disc improves neck function and is safe over 12 months.
