Real-World test for neck disc replacement

Summary
This study is collecting real-world information on a specific artificial disc used to treat degenerative disc disease in the neck. It will follow 50 patients who have already received or will receive the Synergy Disc implant to see how well it works and how safe it is. The main goals are to see if patients' neck disability improves and if there are any major device-related problems.
