New data collection on artificial neck disc for pain relief

Summary
This study is collecting real-world information on how well an artificial disc replacement works for people with neck pain from worn-out spinal discs. It will follow 50 patients who have already received or will receive the Synergy Disc implant. The main goal is to see if the device safely reduces neck disability and pain over 12 months.
