Artificial neck discs under Real-World scrutiny

Summary
This study is collecting real-world information about how well artificial disc replacements work for people with degenerative neck disc disease. Researchers will follow 200 patients who have already received or will receive the Synergy Disc implant to see how it affects their pain, disability, and quality of life. The study aims to understand the long-term safety and effectiveness of this surgical treatment option.
