First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study compares two versions of a combined pain treatment for people with cervical disc herniation causing neck and arm pain. One group gets the standard treatment plus a local anesthetic, the other gets the standard treatment without it. Researchers will measure pain levels before the procedure and at 1, 3, and 6 months after to see if the added numbing medicine makes a difference. The study involves 100 adults who haven't improved with other therapies.
