Summary
This study tests whether adding an experimental vaccine (PDS0101) to standard chemoradiation is safe and helps control advanced cervical cancer. The vaccine trains the immune system to attack HPV-infected tumor cells. About 22 adults with stage IB3-IVA cervical cancer will receive the combination and be monitored for side effects and tumor response.
