Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new drug called adebrelimab to standard chemotherapy and radiation works better for treating locally advanced cervical cancer. It will involve 720 participants who will receive either the new combination or the standard treatment plus a placebo. The main goal is to see if the new combination helps keep the cancer from growing or spreading for a longer time.
