First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests whether a newer radiation technique called SBRT works as well as the standard brachytherapy boost for women with locally advanced cervical cancer. About 84 participants will receive standard chemo-radiation followed by either SBRT or brachytherapy. The goal is to see if SBRT can be a safe and effective alternative, especially for hospitals without brachytherapy access.
