This early-phase study tests the safety and best dose of two drugs, ceritinib and everolimus, given together to adults with advanced solid tumors or a specific type of lung cancer (ALK-positive NSCLC). The goal is to find a dose that controls tumor growth with manageable side effects. About 37 participants will take part, and researchers will also measure how the drugs affect the body and tumors.
