Can daily stretching rewind muscle damage in cerebral palsy?
NCT ID NCT07293988
Summary
This study is testing if a specific, high-load daily stretching program can improve walking and reverse muscle changes in adults with cerebral palsy. Researchers will compare a standard physical therapy program to one that adds a 10-minute daily self-stretching routine for one year. They will measure walking speed, muscle flexibility, and take small tissue samples to see if the stretching can improve muscle health.
