First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study aims to learn more about muscle and tendon problems in teens and young adults (ages 14-30) with moderate to severe spastic cerebral palsy, and their risk for heart disease and chronic inflammation. Researchers will compare these individuals to less affected and healthy peers, and also test a 12-week exercise program using special tricycles called Frame Runners. The goal is to understand how inactivity relates to muscle function and overall health.
