Summary

This clinical trial tests a new treatment called Cerebraca Wafer for people with recurrent glioblastoma, a serious and life-threatening brain cancer. The study will compare the wafer plus standard chemotherapy (temozolomide) against chemotherapy alone after surgery. About 175 adults whose cancer has returned after initial treatment will participate to see if the wafer helps them live longer.
